Staci Riggs

Principal Associate Directorate Resource Manager

Staci Riggs is the principal associate directorate resource manager for the National Ignition Facility & Photon Science (NIF&PS) Directorate at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).

Since joining LLNL in 1996, Riggs has amassed an expansive knowledge of Laboratory financial policies, procedures, and systems. Riggs manages the directorate’s resource analyst staff, including all financial/FTE planning and forecasting and cost-performance tracking for direct and indirect work.

Riggs began with LLNL’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer and joined NIF&PS in 1998. She has provided financial support for nearly all areas of the directorate, including several high-profile strategic partnership programs, such as the High-Repetition-Rate Advanced Petawatt Laser System (HAPLS) and the Diode-Pumped Alkali Laser System (DPAL).
