Precision Diagnostic System
The Precision Diagnostic System (PDS) is used to measure the properties of a laser beam and verify its performance. The PDS final optics are configured to be the same as those at the target chamber; its extensive suite of diagnostics measures the detailed characteristics of the light at a position equivalent to the center of the target chamber.
