Presentation Specifications

Oral Presentations:

Electronic projection of .pdf formatted presentations is the preferred method of presentation.
To ensure maximum visability, we suggest the following specifications for the layout of your presentation:
- The use of either Helvetica Bold or Arial Bold fonts
- Headers in 24 point type
- Body/text in 18 point type

All presentations will be preloaded and presented using a LLNL laptop. Please be prepared to send the presentation via email to the or place the presentation on a CD.

Poster Presentations:

Each presenter in the poster session will be provided with a 48" wide X 48 " high space (121.9 cm wide X 121.9 cm high). We will provide push pins (thumb tacks) for your use.
