- All Non-US citizens must sign-up BEFORE December 13, 2011
- All US citizens must sign-up BEFORE January 13, 2012
January 6, 2012: Deadline for application for student and postdoc support.
January 12, 2012: Deadline for guaranteed reduced rate of $99.00/night at the Hilton Garden Inn, Livermore.
January 13, 2012: Deadline to cancel meeting sign-up and receive a refund minus $25 processing fee.
January 23, 2012: Deadline for guaranteed reduced rate of $99.00/night at the Courtyard Marriott, Livermore.
Signing up for the meeting does not automatically enroll you in the NIF User Group.
