The workshop brings together operations managers of large laser facilities from around the world, and presents a significant opportunity for laser operations staff to establish professional contacts and pick up new ideas and share lessons learned to strengthen the international community.
The workshop agenda includes plenary overviews and updates by the facilities, a tour of the National Ignition Facility (NIF), poster sessions, and working sessions on topics such as user planning and scheduling, reliability, metrics, and diagnostic standardization.
