Oral Presentations
Invited plenary presentations will be 15 minutes (+5 minutes Q&A). Contributed oral presentations will be 15 minutes (+5 minutes Q&A). Session chairs will ensure that the meeting adheres to the schedule.
The meeting facility will be equipped with LCD projector, laptop, microphone, laser pointer, and remote control. Presentations will be pre-loaded onto the meeting laptop to ensure no technical delays. Do not plan to plug in your computer or load your presentation from a portable drive. Instructions on how to send your presentation in advance will be communicated to authors.

Poster Presentations
Posters will be assigned a number and location for mounting the poster. The space for each poster will be 36” (height) x 48” (width). Mounting supplies will be provided. Posters may be mounted on the day of the assigned session any time prior to the poster session . Please remove your poster after the close of the session; unclaimed posters will not be saved.

Security
All presentations must be unclassified and contain no Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or the equivalent designation in your jurisdiction.
