Submissions are encouraged for fundamental science, production, metrology, and fielding of targets for applications in inertial confinement fusion, high-energy density science, inertial fusion energy, and emerging areas.
Topics will include, but are not limited to:
- Capsule and physics package science and technology
- Component development and fabrication, assembly, and metrology
- Target assembly and metrology/characterization technologies
- Cryogenic hydrogen
- Radiological issues, including tritium properties and material interactions
- Low-density materials development and metrology
- Process science and scale-up
- Novel data analytical techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Containment, safety, and environmental impact
- Targets for rep-rated lasers and frontier applications in industry and medicine
Plenary invited presentations will headline sessions, supported by contributed presentations. Sessions will be organized into topical areas based on the submitted abstracts.
Dedicated poster sessions will be held throughout the week.
